Online purchases are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 48 hours. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm Central Time will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Standard Ground Shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days for delivery.
Priority (2-3 business days) and Priority Express (1 business day) rates are calculated and shown during checkout.

NOTE: At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States, nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes.
All full-priced merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. You may return by mail or in-person to our store in Middleton, WI. Original shipping costs, if charged, are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. Specifically, it must be unwashed, unworn, unused and unaltered.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (in the form of the original packing list).
Several types of goods are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards, clearance and most SALE rack items, undergarments, hosiery and jewelry are all FINAL SALE.
The return policy for SALE rack items or those purchased during a promotion varies, depending on the total discount that was received on an item:
- If an item’s discount is 25% or less, it is available for refund, exchange or store credit.
- If an item’s discount is greater than 25%, the item is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
To return in-store:
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase in person at our Middleton, WI store, and must be accompanied by the original packing list. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns without the original packing list.
Personal shipping method:
You must contact us by email with your return request and receive a return authorization number (RA#). Please include your name, contact information and your order number when requesting an RA#. Items returned without an RA# will not be processed.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please note that in your email request for an RA#.
If returning by USPS, FedEX, UPS or other shipper, we recommend that you you track and insure your shipment. Your return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date. Neena LLC is not responsible for return shipping fees or lost returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been received and if it has been approved for processing. Most returns will process in approximately 7 business days, depending on your method of return.
Once approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card. Purchases paid by gift card will be refunded in the form of another gift card. Please note that it may be your bank's procedure to take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. This is not something over which we have any control.
